Before moving into an apartment, we will repair any holes, paint the walls, and clean all appliances and bathrooms. As well as steam clean the carpet.

Yes, we do offer on-site maintenance.

If your unit needs a repair, please place a service request on the resident portal, call or email the office, and they can place it for you.

All maintenance issues must be placed as a service request. 

You do not have to be present for a service technician to perform the work. You should say "ok to enter" on the service request when placing your request. Maintenance will knock, wait, and then enter if there is no answer. 

If you are locked out during office hours, we can have your door unlocked by maintenance. If it is after business hours, you must call a locksmith to gain access. Then place a service request to have our Kwik set locks placed back on your door at a cost.

Yes, you are allowed to decorate the apartment. Use a small picture hanging nails. Anything over that size will incur a charge at move-out. 

We offer a range of amenities including a swimming pool (seasonal), fitness room, laundry room, and a clubhouse. 

The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. The hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Parking is available on the front and side of the leasing office.

Each unit has washer and dryer connections, and we have a coin laundry room beside the Clubhouse. 

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Each pet is registered through Pet Screening as well as Poo Prints for dogs. 

Once registered with Pet Screening and all questions are answered, deposits can be anywhere from $200 to $500. Also, $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet and $60.00 DNA swabs for dogs.

There are no weight or breed restrictions.

No, there is not a pet park.

No, we do not offer Corporate leases. 

The fitness center is open 24/7.

The fitness center includes a treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights.

There are no fees added for using the communal spaces. 

No, it does not cost anything to take a tour. 

Appointment is good, but walk-ins are welcome!

If all information is filled in on the application, it can be approved on the same day.

$50 application fee and once approved, $99 for the administration fee. No other cost until the keys are picked up on move-in day. 

Our advice for first-time renters would be when budgeting for utilities, always average higher costs because of the fluctuations. At least until you know your average monthly cost. 

You can pay online on the portal, or by money order, cashier's check, or personal check after moving in. As well as cash payment at select locations through the WIPS Setup.

To pay rent online, go through the portal, you can set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment. 

There are no monthly fees.

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance. 

No utilities are not included with the rent. 

The only utilities needed to be set up is LG& E (Louisville Gas & Electric) by calling them with your move-in date and address.

You can use Spectrum, Windstream, AT&T

Guests are welcome but must be accompanied by the tenant at all times if utilizing amenities.

No, you cannot receive a price reduction if you sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance.

You will need to give a written 45-day paid notice and pay a buy-out fee of $1500.00

Our school district is Bullitt County.

The nearest dog park is Frank E. Simon Memorial Park which is .4 miles away.

The nearest bike trail is Frank E. Simon Memorial Park.

Residents can shop at Kroger and Walmart.

You can reach our community by heading south on Interstate 65, taking exit 117. Turn right, heading West on Hwy 44. Stay on Hwy 44 West through 4 traffic lights. At .9 miles turn right onto Saltwell Rd. In .4 miles turn left onto Thomas Glen Drive. The front office is on the left. 

The nearest cross streets are Hwy 44 West and West Blue Lick.
